I was thinking about a plot
1. to get my own character in play and
2. to get ALILAG active.
Now, according to his background, Hugo Szandor acts as a "hired gun", a freelancer agent to ALILAG from time to time. A meeting is due with the contractors, possibly including some investigation work?..
A meeting with Remiel Smith is something I'm looking for as a starting point. Either at the ALILAG HQ or on neutral ground, a café or some other place.
As far as the investigation work goes...
I don't have any exact ideas but a mere concept - a shipment of dark relics and occult items is rumoured to be entering the city in the near future. ALILAG, of course, is interested in controlling/destroying/capturing said relics.
A twist: the shipment is arriving to a well-known occult shop and it includes tons of random non-magic items and only one true relic. A true relic hidden amongst its parodies. The investigators don't know what this relic is, so even if they capture the shipment, they only provoke a conflict.
Just a concept, but I guess it can be fleshed out with a little brainstorming.
