the history of mecha-technology had been one long quest for total realism
but now that they're on the verge of it, the government is seeing that maybe
it wasn't really worth the effort. there's the brotherhood of androids fighting
for freedom along with their sympathizers. which made the agency involved
with the production of mechas to start to to become desperate. they were losing
control. it soon became illegal to harbour rebellious bots with severe penalties.
there were signs on the streets that asked, 'organs or gears?' it turns out
that realism is an acceptable sacrifice if it means you don't have to deal with
pissed off robots who outlive their designers a million times over.
they were made too smart, too fast, and too many.
this is the metropolis known as badger city. and the current year is 2026.
technology is at it's peak. there's neon lighting the streets and televisions
mounted directly into the walls. the brotherhood and their sympathizers'
headquarters reside within the city and it was the nearby azalea desert
that hid the agency that first developed androids. with all of this history,
it is badger city is where the war is most predominant. there have been
casualties for both sides and a good number of innocent civilians have fallen
to both hands. the fourteen year long question remains. are you for bots
or against them? do they deserve equality among organic beings or are
they truly biting the hand that feeds?
BOOM BOOM BOOM!
